New entry, random thoughts style

So, yet again, I haven't updated in a while, but here goes:

-My title defense vs Sal Rinuaro really could have been a lot better to say the least. . .
-Gavin Rossdale's new band Institute is awesome! Their debut CD is incredible. Also helps I found it at Best Buy for eight bucks.
-I actually sat down and watched "The Punisher" the other night; not the new one, the one from 1989 with Dolph Lundgren. Sure, it really kinda veers away from the comic origins, but it's not really a bad movie. In fact, if it weren't for Lundgren's shitty acting, it would be a pretty damn good movie.
-Headphones rule. I love walking anywhere with my mp3 player, because everyone knows to leave you the hell alone. And even when people do try to talk to you, you don't know it!
-I will be participating in the Wrestlefest show in Westminster, SC on September 25. It's a show designed to raise money for victims of Hurricane Katrina, so it will be nice to do something to help support a good cause.
-And on September 24, it's Matt "Sex" Sells vs Casey J part deux. And this one should be really interesting, as it is an intepromotional title vs title match. My X-Vision title will be on the line against his IWA: Flashfire U.S. title. So I actually can become champion of a promotion I don't even work for!
